Frequently Asked Questions
Wren Reading Book Blast events are rotating genre free book promotions held twice a month. During this event, authors form a true Wren Chime to promote each other's books. With a shared audience comes more and more readers eyes on them, with authors coming away with downloads, sales on sequels, newsletter sign ups, and follows. We can't guarantee an outcome of an event, but we can help support you.
The first step is to create your author account on Wren Writing. This will allow you to link your book and join the book blasts without having to re-fill out the information on a google form each time.
If you are an author with more than one book out, a book blast might be helpfult to you.
Don't worry, we gotcha there. Between our efforts and community efforts, marketing graphics to share are going to be the least of your worries. If you want to make your own, we always appreciate that! You can share it with the community of authors through Facebook, Discord, or even on the Wren Writing platform. We also provide graphics you are able to use if you prefer.
Short answer: Hopefully none. Long answer: We utilize your Amazon ASIN to look up your book, this should allow us to autofill your links for you. If your book doesn't have an ASIN, then you can manually input your link (we are working on other alternatives to streamline this even more. So stay tuned)
Yep! Big book blast events (like Stuff Your Kindle) are always free—we never charge authors to join those. The only paid part connected to blasts is premium analytics, since collecting and crunching that much data gets expensive. Free users still get basic analytics and access to webinars, while paid plans unlock deeper insights. Beyond blasts, we also offer other author tools, and some of those are included in the paid plans.
Yes! You can find them on the official Stuff Your Kindle webpage.
We’d love to help! You can always ask in our Facebook or Discord communities, or reach us directly at support@wrenwriting.com.
